Wellies Quiz

WEDNESDAY is QUIZ NIGHT. Ayrs longest running quiz. Come along on Wednesday night and test your general knowledge and win a cash prize and join in the prize draw for cash prize.

Basement Wax

Wellingtons Bar very own Resident DJ takes to the decks on SATURDAY night from 9pm. Wellingtons boasts about having this unique animal i.e. a DJ who actually understands his music. DJ Alan plays his special blend of soul, funk, a touch of house, mixed in with rock classics and top tunes. The music is part of the general happy atmosphere and not overpowering. If you know your music, this is the place to be!

Accoustic Session

SUNDAY night from around 9pm, Wellies is taken over by musicians of all ages. Come along and join in, or just relax and enjoy (See our Acoustic Session Page).

What makes Wellies Tick

Apart from weekly events throughout the year Wellingtons is involved in many festivities i.e. Burns Night, St Patricks Night, Halloween Party etc. We are also to the forefront of providing entertainment at the Burns an' a' That! Festival Fringe. We have been an integral part of the major international festival since its inception. Wellingtons is also renowned for providing live music when quality bands or performers are available.
